Individuals

Deduction in tax base. Limit 10% of taxable base.

Of the first 250€ you donate, you deduct 200€.

Donation up to 250 €.

Remaining donations from 250 €.

If in the two previous tax periods the same amount or higher has been donated, those contributions that exceed 250 €.

Deduction in tax base. Limit 15% of taxable base.

In the third tax period, provided that in the two previous tax periods the same amount or higher has been donated to the same entity.
